whats the fastest way by only exercising and how long would it take cause it shouldn’t take that long for a teenager to get a six pack right?

This is the workout you are going to have to do every other day if you want to get abs quickly.
Bicycle [50] Seated, pedal your feet like a bicycle.
In & out [25] Seated, bring your legs to your chest and back out.
Oblique V-up [50] Lay on your side, put your hand behind your head and bring your legs and head together. 25 per side.
Scissor [25] Lay on your back and move your legs in a scissoring motion, hold for 3 seconds per rep.
Leg raise [25] Lay on your back and bring both legs up straight.
Kayak [50] seated, extend your legs up 4-6 inches, clasp your hands and rotate your torso touching your fists to each side of your body.
Extra: You can replace this move with another 25 rep move.
pull up bar crunch [25] hang from a pull up bar and crunch your legs in to your chest.
This workout along with a diet consisting of high protein (eggs, fish, pork, meat, etc.) which will help you build the actual muscle. Fiber causing you to poop more often losing weight. And lastly, water to keep your muscles hydrated, of course!
The diet is the most important thing so eat healthy and cut out your junk food. This will take around 5-6 months to get abs. And its pretty much the same for a teenager or adult, it just depends on the ammount of fat they each have.
cut out all junkvfood, run every day, lift weights, situps, and the plank
i guess cuz we have a faster metabolism so food gets through our system faster. but u have to make sure u dont have much fat or else muscle builds under the fat and bulges ur stomach even more. u can do as many crunches/situps as u want. just do as u feel comfortable but make sure u still get a good workout. that will work ur upper abs. then do leg lifts. u can do a lil less cuz they are harder than the situps. then bend ur knees and fold them to one direction and do situps like that. u will work ur obliques. or basically side abs. these are way hard. i did like 20 and i wuz sore for like 2 days. then do the other side. this routine will work all over ur abs. since this isnt an aerobic exercise, u dont need to this for a long time to get a good effect. when ppl say six packs are impossible and cant do it from only situps, they’re wrong. u can get abs within a short amount of time, u just have to do it everyday and put effort into it
Abdominal bicycle pedal exercise. Look it up. Proven by a college to be the most effective and I believe it. It works out your lower, upper, and obliques in 2 basic movements. I used it for a few months and it worked noticably.
itl take you ages without any cardio excercise and proper diet, dont even try if you cant do these as well
