There are these girls at my school who keep wanting to see my stomach to see if I have a six pack but I wont let them because I dont have a one.What are some good excersises to get one?What’s the quickest I can get one?

    a fake one. lol just kidding. or u can actaully work out and do sit ups and stuff like that. but that takes a while. i don’t think there’s any quicker way. but good luck

    1000 sit ups
    run alot
    no sugar

    in 6 months you will be ripped

    There’s a layer of fat over the muscles of our stomach. If you can get rid of most of that and then strengthen your stomach muscles through crunches or exercises like that, it might work. But not everyone’s body allows them to have developed six-pack abs, even with exercise.

    Remember, you have to be fit and not fat in general. You can’t make your body fit and toned in only one area. You can do stomach muscle exercises all you want, but if there’s too much fat covering your belly, nobody will ever see the muscle tone.

    The girls should like you for who you are not how you look but a good way to get a six pack is by doing abdominal workouts like sit-ups, crunches, or you could also do upper body work like push ups

    Well, besides doing situps or crunches or any other ab workout you know, to really get your six pack to show you have to do exercises that get rid of the layer of fat between your muscles and your skin-A lot of people work out their abs but you cant see them anyway, if you press on your stomach while flexing it you can probably allready feel some pretty hard abs underneath.Even people who arent "fat" still have fat.Id do a combo of crunches and running/swimming/jump rope, anything like that, even a good amount of jumping jacks or shadow boxing will burn fat away.
