How to get a six pack
Im 14 and was wondering any diet, exercise or running tips that will help me achive the goal of getting rid of my stomach fat in 5 months? Is this even possible? Im 6′1" and weigh 220lbs. I have about 3-4 inches of fat around my stomach, but i am built, so not all the weight is fat. Any tips would be great!! And around what weight would i have to get to to acheive the goal of seeing my six pack?? Best answer gets 10 points!!

work it out at the gym! trust me, nothing works but going there. I have tried. No six pack is going to happen over night, but if you work out at the gym a lot that should do it. Try going after school every day. Sounds like you’re packing on some extra pounds (no offense), so I’d hit cardio up to get rid of that. For the six pack, work abs. Your gym will have a variety of ab working machines as well or instead of sit ups and planks. Make them hurt, sadly, that phrase pain is beauty does apply. Do your arms and legs as well, I know it seems weird but if tone up your whole body your six pack will come easier and look better. Pull ups – a must. If you can’t do them, start by jumping to the bar and slowly letting yourself down. Work it up to as many as you can. Bet yourself and make deals with yourself to see how many you can do.
Make life easier on yourself, no fast food. I never found that a problem, but I recently found out my friends go there all the time so I don’t know about you. Keep Fast food to a minimum, like once every 2 weeks. I don’t know if that sounds hard core or easy, but getting your six pack will be much easier without fast food.
AT LEAST one hour every time you go in, prolly more with cardio and weights. I spent an hour in the gym 3 days a week with a broken foot…you can do lots at the gym, just make sure you go and make sure you do it.
Why the six pack by the way? I’m a girl (surprising after all that I know, and no I"m not some gross body builder I just know how get fit) and I like the six pack, but I like the big shoulders and backs better.
