How to get a six pack

How can I get a six pack. I am 5′6 110 LB and have almost no body fat. I dont need someone to tell me to lose weight so I can see them as most people do. I have small abs and I want them to start popping out, Very dedicated I dont want a cheap get them quick scenario I want to know a good workout plan for an ectomorph.

I already go to the gym and I just want to have a good ab schedule I can do everyday or twice a day in my down time.

    Sheesh…way to much work. I just go to the nearby 7 – 11 and pick up 1 or 2 six packs.

    I have been told from all my trainers a six pack comes from the kitchen no matter how much u work em out it won’t matter u have to eat rite
