im 5 11 160 pounds, and i have a 4 pack devoloped just not the upper abs developed yet. ive been working them for about a month with just crunches.

    Depends how much fat you actually have.
    Keep up with whatever you are doing for your four pack, add some leg lifts & the plank. The plank works everything, plus aids your stamina as its quite hard to do. hold for a minute if you can, I hold it for 2.
    Dont worry about reps, just do it till your muscles are full on shredded & you cant do any more. Easy.
