With the intention to lose weight and get a visible six pack abs it’s good to know a number of facts.
The regular crunches and workout routines you in all probability know is not the one which will provide you with this good six pack abs you want.

The meals you eat right now and what you do not eat is cause number one for you not losing weight and never having these six pack abs. In the event you truly wish to shed pounds and get a six pack abs, you MUST learn the subsequent report.

Those are conflicting goals. Losing fat and building muscle are near impossible to accomplish efficiently at the same time. Build muscle first, lose fat later.

Ab workouts won’t burn your stomach fat. All you can do is maintain a calorie deficit til your body fat percentage is down to a level you’re happy with (usually around 10% for men). Workouts are pretty much irrelevant in this respect, eat 1500-2000 calories a day whilst trying to be physically active and you’ll burn fat at 1-2lbs a week.

Getting a bigger chest whilst trying to lose weight is extremely difficult. If you want to do both at the same time you’ll need a high protein intake and 2000-2500 calories a day to allow muscle development whilst losing weight. The best chest exercise is the bench press and for beginners it’s all you really need, you can keep progressing on it alone for an extremely long time. If you don’t have the equipment then you’ll need to do push-ups wearing a backpack heavy enough to keep your maximum reps low (5-8 ideally). Keep increasing the weight each time you do it, provide adequate rest, and your chest will develop.

Abs are not a matter of doing a set amount of sit ups or crunches… at all. Abs are purely how little fat you have. Abs start to show around 10% body fat, which is difficult to get to, especially if you’re trying to build your chest at the same time. I would suggest for a chest workout push ups 3-5 sets to failure. or bench press which you should not be able to do more than 12 of. [Just so you know you have the right amount of weight on the bar.]

p90x…its a workout and its freaking awesome, look it up!

also your should probably change your diet a little, a good flat stomach starts in the kitchen not the gym, you need to lose that extra fat so you need to eat healthier and do cardio!

wear something heavy (backpack etc) and do incline pushups and regular. In regards to the six pack, I love impact drills and various forms of situps and leg curls. Plus the plank.

    Alkaline diet helps too.

Every one has abs that fat is covering. There really is no help to doing a bunch a crunches or sit ups unless you get rid of the fat. Try some cardio and diet some more. Chest is easy though, push ups, bench presses(mostly incline) and dips. Run 3 times a week aiming for 30 minutes of constant running regardless of the speed or distance. Do 4 sets of 25 push-ups, 4 sets of incline presses on the smith machine, and do some flys on a Nautilus machine(so you will have good form), and 5 sets of 10 dips, 1 time a week, then on the other day of the week do 4 sets of 50 crunches, and 4 sets of 25 sit-ups and after a month see where you are. If you don’t think this will work for you research on the internet and see what other plans are out there.
